Ingredients
- 3 tablespoons fat
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 beat egg
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 cup chopped celery
- 3 cups farfel
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon ginger
- 1 tablespoon parsley
Steps
- Melt fat and add celery and onion- cook, stir for 5 minutes
- Mix farfel and water, add to vegetables
- Stir in salt, pepper, and ginger
- Cook and stir for 5 minutes more
- Remove from heat and add a little of the mix to the egg
- Stir well and add this to the stuffing
- Add parsley and blend all the ingredients
- Cool before filling meat or fowl
