Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 5 cups flour
- 1 stick butter
- ½ cup sugar
- ¼ cup poppy seeds
- ½ cup peanut oil
- ½ cup oatmeal
- 1 tsp baking pwder
- Pinch of salt
- 1 tsp vanilla
Steps
- Mix eggs, sugar, butter and oil. Add dry ingredients. Refrigerate for 1 hour.
- Make balls and press down with fork
- Bake at 350 for 15 minutes
